Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead car showroom sales in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will bridge sales and marketing to accelerate vehicle purchases by creating compelling ads, optimizing listings, and engaging with customers across digital channels. You will work closely with the showroom team to seize opportunities, protect brand standards, and deliver a seamless buyer experience—from first inquiry to handover of keys.
Key focus areas include developing integrated campaigns across social media, marketplace platforms, and the showroom website; managing inventory promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns; and turning leads into showroom visits and test drives. You will use data to refine targeting, track return on investment, and report on performance. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and is passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle while meeting business goals.

Requirements include strong communication skills, fluency in Indonesian, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines. Prior experience in automotive sales or marketing is preferred but not required for the right candidate with a hunter mindset and willingness to learn.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote cars on social media, marketplaces, and dealer website.
- Manage and optimize online vehicle listings across marketplaces; monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Generate and nurture leads, follow up inquiries, and convert them into showroom visits and test drives.
- Collaborate with showroom team on pricing, promotions, events, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders.
- Manage social media content calendar, create engaging posts and ads, and monitor ad spend and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a high-quality buyer experience and excellent after-sales follow-up.
Qualification
- Proven experience in sales or automotive marketing; 1-3 years preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Indonesian; English a plus.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) and marketplace listings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing; ability to analyze metrics.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in Jakarta; willingness to learn and adapt; weekend availability if required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
