Indonesia Bakery Family is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our fresh bakery products in Purwakarta, West Java. This role blends field sales with creative marketing to expand our local footprint, build lasting customer relationships, and share our high-quality baked goods with more families in the community.
In this role, you will partner with local retailers, cafes, and distributors to secure new shelf space, manage key accounts, and execute promotions that boost product visibility and sales. You will also collaborate with our production team to ensure product availability and accurate fulfillment, while gathering market intelligence to inform campaigns and product development. A successful candidate is outgoing, data-driven, and passionate about food retail, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a growing, family-owned business.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets for bakery products in Purwakarta and surrounding areas.
- Identify and secure new retail partnerships (local shops, cafes, markets) and manage ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure product availability and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide forecast insights to management.
- Represent the brand at local events, tastings, and partnerships; gather customer feedback for product development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in food, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; target-driven and proactive.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media management, promotions) and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesian with good written and spoken communication; willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or higher; a college degree is a plus.
