Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue for cables and related products.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in Jakarta.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, quotes, and product requests in fluent English.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Maintain accurate sales CRM records and forecast sales performance.
- Support after-sales service and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Fluent in English; strong written and spoken communication.
- Proven sales or business development experience in a B2B context.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of cable manufacturing or electrical components is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in Jakarta and travel as needed.
