Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to acquire new customers in the manufacturing sector.
  • Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and propose product opportunities and improvements.
  • Support the development and introduction of new product models, coordinating with product, production, and QA teams.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track KPIs; collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, conduct regular client visits, address concerns, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals, RFPs, and presentations; deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Mentor and supervise junior sales/marketing staff; provide guidance and training.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and market data to refine strategies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, close sales, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; bilingual Indonesian-English preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics, and MS Office; comfortable with data-driven decision making.
