Responsibility
- Lead and coach the branch sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets across all product lines.
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies, pricing, and promotions aligned with brand standards and market needs.
- Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, and cost controls to maximize profitability and return on equity.
- Optimize showroom and field operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure flawless execution.
- Implement and monitor CRM-driven processes to nurture leads, improve conversion rates, and enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and finance partners to create a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular sales reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer obsession.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales/operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or branch management role; automotive or retail sector experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; proficient with CRM systems and basic ERP/Inventory tools.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving processes, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian; working English is a plus.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team; strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to support branches and partners.
