Responsibility

  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels; manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM.
  • Demonstrate products and deliver tailored presentations; create compelling proposals and negotiate terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients; provide knowledgeable product support and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns, capture market feedback, and improve offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM; prepare timely reports on pipeline, forecast, and performance.
  • Attend industry events or client meetings as required; represent the company professionally and ethically.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology marketing or B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; comfortable working with data and analytics.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
