As a Sales/Product Specialist, you will combine sales acumen with product knowledge to drive revenue, build strategic relationships, and deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with suppliers, marketing, and operations to ensure timely quotes, accurate product recommendations, and a superior customer experience. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue in the F&B wholesale channel across Metro Manila.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and large foodservice clients such as hotels and restaurants.
  • Present and upsell our kitchen equipment and supplies portfolio with a focus on value and ROI for customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers, enabling informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including quotations, negotiations, order processing, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to maximise profitability and market share.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, track performance, and provide accurate forecasts.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of B2B sales experience in F&B wholesale or kitchen equipment distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Metro Manila and nationwide as required for key accounts.
