As a Sales/Product Specialist, you will represent the company to restaurants, hotels, caterers, and hospitality operators in Metro Manila and beyond. You will conduct needs analyses, present compelling product demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotes, and guide customers from initial inquiry through post-sale support. You will collaborate closely with product managers, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.   • Conduct needs assessments, deliver product demonstrations, and provide tailored solutions that address client challenges.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and commercial terms; negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; upsell complementary equipment and services.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and vendor meetings to generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize market positioning.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale support for customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, engineering, hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in kitchen equipment or hospitality services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical aptitude to understand equipment specifications and translate them into business value.
  • Ability to travel within Metro Manila as needed and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus.
