Responsibility

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in hospitality, catering, and retail segments in Makati and Greater Manila.
  • Promote and position tableware product lines, accessories, and related kitchen equipment to meet client needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, samples, and trainings for clients and internal teams.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and report on pipeline and performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to inform strategy and product development.
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales service, handling inquiries, returns, and warranty coordination.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in kitchen equipment or tableware.
  • Strong knowledge of tableware materials, brands, and hospitality industry needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within Metro Manila as required; strong time management and organization.
