You will operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy, handle transactions securely, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
As a Sales Promoter, you will maintain attractive displays, monitor stock levels, and ensure shelves are clean and well-stocked. You will collaborate with store teammates to execute promotions, plan merchandising layouts, and participate in events that increase store traffic and conversions. Your enthusiasm for consumer goods, strong communication skills, and customer-first mindset will help you build lasting relationships with shoppers.

Responsibility
- Engage customers on the shop floor and provide product demonstrations to boost sales and conversions.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of products aligned with current promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash securely.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to plan in-store events and promotions.
- Record customer feedback and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in retail, sales, or promotions; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of consumer goods categories and current promotions is a plus.
