Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and determine their needs through active listening.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Promote current promotions and upsell complementary items to increase average transaction value.
- Maintain compelling merchandising and clean, organized product displays following brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately and handle payments with integrity at the point of sale.
- Provide accurate product knowledge and answer customer questions to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor stock levels, report replenishment needs, and coordinate with the store team to avoid stockouts.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or promotional roles with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Fluency in Indonesian with good command of English for basic customer interactions is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with store colleagues and supervisors.
