As a frontline ambassador for our retail partners, you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them discover top products across a curated range of brand SKUs. In this position, you will drive store energy, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets. You will collaborate with store teams and brand representatives to execute promotions, maintain attractive merchandising, and ensure accurate POS transactions. Your enthusiasm for products, excellent communication, and professional appearance will help build lasting relationships with shoppers.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, and guiding buyers to the best solutions. You will upsell complementary items where appropriate and collect customer feedback to share with the team for continuous improvement. You will update product knowledge regularly through training and stay informed about promotions, inventory, and pricing.

Responsibility
- Greet customers, assess needs, and provide informed product recommendations across the brand lineup.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, conducting hands-on demonstrations when needed.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Maintain visually appealing, compliant merchandise presentation and organized product placement.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle POS operations, and manage cash with integrity.
- Build rapport with customers, deliver exceptional service, and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with store staff and brand teams to execute promotions, samples, and in-store events.
- Collect customer feedback, track results, and report insights to improve products and service quality.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or promotional experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Indonesian; basic English preferred.
- Positive, energetic, and professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and perform merchandising tasks; weekend availability.
- Basic math, cash handling, and POS familiarity; comfortable with inventory awareness.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities.
