Responsibility
- Serve as the brand ambassador at assigned retail locations in Tegal, delivering engaging product promotions.
- Demonstrate product features, provide usage guidance, and answer customer questions with confidence.
- Work toward daily and monthly sales targets while tracking performance and reporting results.
- Maintain attractive in-store displays, ensure optimal stock levels, and execute compliant pricing and promotions.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to store managers and the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with store staff for scheduling promotions, events, and sampling activities.
- Adhere to company policies, training, and safety guidelines while upholding brand standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks typical of in-store roles.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
