Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a defined sales territory in Jambi to promote John Deere tractors and equipment to farmers and agribusinesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, cooperatives, dealers, and agribusiness partners.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and operator trainings to showcase capabilities and ROI.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with financing or credit options when applicable.
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional after-sales support.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, generate forecasts, and report market feedback to support strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in agricultural equipment or a similar sector.
  • Knowledge of farming operations and field machinery; familiarity with John Deere products is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel within the region.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; data-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is beneficial.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
