Responsibility
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and qualify sales opportunities related to financial services
- Present, explain, and upsell financial products and services in a compliant manner
- Guide customers through application and enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist customers with billing and account questions
- Record interactions and update CRM with accurate customer information
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional, friendly service
Qualification
- Excellent communication and active listening skills in English; fluent Filipino preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in finance or financial services
- Ability to understand financial products and explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry accuracy
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
