WhereToNext is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth for UK-based Plumbing Accounts. This part-time, remote role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals, building trusted relationships, and delivering tailored plumbing solutions.
In this role, you will target UK customers, manage a growing pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You’ll work from Metro Manila with flexible hours, earning a base rate of $4 per hour plus commission, and you will be supported by a collaborative team dedicated to your success.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, presenting compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet and exceed targets. You will coordinate with UK partners, distributors, and procurement professionals to understand project timelines, pricing, and compliance requirements, and you will maintain accurate CRM records to track activities, forecast revenue, and measure performance.
You'll collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging, respond to inquiries quickly, and provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and opportunities for upsell. Responsibility
- Develop and manage a pipeline of UK plumbing account opportunities, focusing on new business and expansion within existing accounts.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and execute proactive outreach to set discovery calls with UK-based decision-makers.
- Prepare tailored proposals, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, forecast revenue, and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align messaging and deliver compelling value to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth post-sale handoff and ongoing relationship management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations in the UK plumbing market.
Qualification
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in plumbing, construction, or related sectors; track record of closing deals.
- Strong closing skills, consultative selling approach, and the ability to influence procurement decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; confident on calls and video conferences.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and reliable in a remote work setup with strong time management.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic data analytics to drive performance.
- Knowledge of the UK plumbing market, procurement processes, and distribution channels is a plus.
