We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for the Arjuna territory to expand distribution, increase shelf presence, and drive sustainable sales growth across Cicendo and nearby markets. As a Field-based Sales Representative, you will represent Garudafood's renowned brands, train and support wholesale customers on product benefits, promotions, and merchandising standards. You will coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute launches, optimize stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries. Your analytical mindset will help you forecast demand, monitor performance, and identify new routes to expand coverage while maintaining exceptional service for retailers and end-customers.

Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners in the Arjuna territory and Cicendo area.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing distribution and order size.
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store displays to boost product visibility.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with the supply chain and warehousing teams.
  • Collect payments, manage credit terms, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competition.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure successful product introductions and launches.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the wholesaler channel within FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution networks, wholesalers, and retailers in West Java and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and willingness to travel across the territory.
  • Proficient in CRM tools; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
