As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers select wheels and accessories, demonstrating product features, and ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience. You will understand customer needs, advise on fitment and style, present options, and efficiently process orders and credit terms. Your proactive approach will help us achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of showroom presentation and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include building trust with customers, delivering product demonstrations, upselling compatible accessories, coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will also follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to a positive, energetic showroom atmosphere that reflects our brand values.

Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate wheel packages and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, finishes, and fitment criteria; explain compatibility with various vehicle makes and models.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of related products.
- Process orders, provide quotes, manage payment terms, and coordinate with the fulfillment team for timely delivery.
- Maintain attractive showroom displays, ensure pricing accuracy, and keep product knowledge up to date.
- Build lasting customer relationships, follow up on leads, and maintain precise CRM records.
- Collaborate with service and logistics teams to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about promotions, market trends, and new product lines to advise customers accurately.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; relevant sales experience preferred in automotive or retail settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to present technical details clearly.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software; ability to process transactions accurately.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of automotive wheels, tires, and accessories is a plus; keen interest in the automotive industry.
- Valid driving license may be preferred to assist with showroom activities and local customer visits.
