As part of the sales team, you will manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and discovery to proposal and negotiation. You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for business customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. What you’ll do includes developing and maintaining a robust client pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, preparing persuasive proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements. You’ll track activity using our CRM, report on pipeline health, and contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategies. You will also participate in market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Philippines market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and report pipeline health to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights to support pricing and positioning.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Filipino languages is a plus.
