Responsibility

  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for plastic packaging products.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies, including distributors and key accounts, to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and B2B customers across Indonesia.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to provide actionable insights and drive strategy.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards; report results to management.
  • Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
  • Uphold pricing integrity, credit terms, and contract compliance across all activities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the sales team.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales analytics.
  • Ability to travel within Tangerang and surrounding areas as needed.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of packaging or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
