Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for vehicles and related products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; manage the end-to-end sales process including closing deals.
  • Coach, train, and onboard new sales staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and inventory teams to optimize showroom performance and product availability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Proven sales experience in automotive, motorcycle, or retail; 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
  • Strong closing skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
  • Leadership and team management abilities; capable of coaching and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
