As a Sales Support / Business Administration Specialist, you will support the sales team by handling order processing, CRM updates, meeting coordination, and documentation. You will liaise with internal departments — from finance to logistics — to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and client expectations are met. Responsibility

  • Serve as a primary support contact for the sales team, coordinating sales operations and ensuring accurate order processing.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-ups.
  • Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and prepare proposals and sales materials.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks including document management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, marketing) to ensure on-time delivery and clear status updates for clients.
  • Monitor sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and contract administration as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service; familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Excellent English communication with Bahasa Indonesia proficiency; professional demeanor when interfacing with clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a collaborative team.
