Responsibility

  • Process and verify sales orders from multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the CRM.
  • Maintain and update customer records, product data, and order history to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery scheduling with logistics to meet customer deadlines.
  • Prepare and distribute regular sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.

Qualification

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
