Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets in the Laguna region.
- Conduct on-site and remote product demonstrations, explaining technical features in clear, customer-friendly terms.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate product recommendations, and prepare competitive quotes.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to tailor solutions and respond to inquiries.
- Manage sales opportunities through CRM, maintain a healthy pipeline, and provide monthly forecasts.
- Process orders, coordinate delivery, and ensure timely after-sales support and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within Laguna and occasional nationwide travel as needed.
