Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Salesman to join our growing team in East Java. Based in Kabupaten Malang, you will drive revenue by identifying new customers, presenting products, and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs, tailor solutions, and close deals that meet both client objectives and company targets. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through post-sale support. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM, forecast sales, and deliver regular performance reports to management.

Responsibility
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities in the Kabupaten Malang area and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers; understand needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients; deliver persuasive proposals and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy; manage pipeline; conduct timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management review.
- Coordinate post-sale onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.
Qualification
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2C or B2B) in a relevant industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Result-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working under targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within East Java and visit clients as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
