We are looking for a motivated Salesman to join our team at PT Pakita Jaya in Pontianak. As a Salesman specializing in tractor tires and lubricants, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.
With a focus on the agricultural sector, your role will involve understanding the needs of farmers and agricultural businesses, recommending suitable products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Drive sales of tractor tires and lubricants
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Attend trade shows and events to promote products
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
Qualification
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of tractor tires and lubricants preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
