Job description

KKL Trading is seeking a motivated and results driven Salesperson to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role you will be the frontline ambassador for our products, helping customers find the right solutions and driving revenue growth. You will build lasting relationships with retail partners, businesses, and individual customers through excellent service, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key responsibilities include active selling to new and existing customers, presenting product features, and tailoring recommendations to meet customer needs. You will manage leads and opportunities in our CRM, maintain accurate records, and forecast sales to help the team achieve monthly targets. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and after sales support ensures smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Drive monthly sales targets by actively selling products to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits, deliver engaging presentations and product demos.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using our CRM, including lead qualification, follow ups, and accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitive landscape.
  • Process orders, quotations, and after sales support, capturing feedback to inform improvements.

Qualification

  • 1 year minimum of sales or customer service experience; fresh graduates considered with drive and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Result oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a positive sales culture.
