As an SDR (Mid to Senior) you will work remotely from Malaysia, primarily focused on Kuala Lumpur time-zone collaboration, and be responsible for both outbound and inbound lead management that fuels revenue. This is a high-ambition role on a fast-growing SaaS team where your impact is measured by qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and measurable contribution to revenue growth.
As a key member of the revenue organization, you’ll design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns, craft personalized messaging, and leverage insights from CRM analytics to improve sequencing and conversion rates. What you’ll do sits at the center of our sales engine, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer journey and predictable revenue. We value autonomy, strong communication, and a growth mindset.
Responsibility
- Manage both outbound and inbound lead flow, qualifying top prospects and booking meetings for the sales team
- Build and execute targeted prospecting cadences across email, phone, and social channels
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations, identifying pains, urgency, and buying signals
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives and ensure accurate data in CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and target ICPs
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor cadence metrics, and report on pipeline progress
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term value
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on data and feedback
Qualification
- 2+ years as an SDR/BDR or mid-to-senior SaaS sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets and generating qualified pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong listening and questioning abilities
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and meeting scheduling software
- Ability to work remotely from Malaysia, with strong time management and self-discipline
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; English fluency is required
- Familiarity with outbound and inbound lead processes and data-driven prospecting
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced SaaS environment
