Responsibility

- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes curiosity and resilience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design unit plans and cross-curricular projects.
- Participate in parent meetings and communicate progress effectively with families.

Qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK) or equivalent certification with eligibility to teach in the UK.
- Proven experience teaching at the secondary level, ideally across GCSE subjects.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogy, assessment, and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and inclusive education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
- Proficiency with educational technology and data-driven planning.
