Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, aligning with curriculum objectives
- Assess and track pupil progress using data, providing timely feedback to students and parents
- Maintain excellent classroom management and a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop breadth and depth of the curriculum and cross-curricular projects
- Differentiate instruction and provide targeted support to learners with diverse needs
- Incorporate ICT and multimedia resources to enhance student engagement
- Participate in school wide activities, parent meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree in the subject area or related discipline
- Proven classroom experience teaching Key Stage 3–5
- Strong assessment practices and ability to use data to inform instruction
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet diverse learner needs
