Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stage 3-5, using differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Plan and assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and behaviour for learning.
- Collaborate with subject teams to align curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to cross-curricular projects.
- Use data-driven insights to inform teaching strategies and intervention plans.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school-wide initiatives to enhance growth and achievement.
Qualification
- Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE/Qualified Teacher Status or international equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or Education (or equivalent).
- Experience teaching at secondary level (Key Stage 3-5) preferred; strong recent graduates considered.
- Proficiency in using technology for instruction and assessment (interactive whiteboards, LMS, educational apps).
- Excellent communication, planning, and classroom-management skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting a positive school culture.
