Responsibility
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with national and local curricula for grades 9–12.
- Employ differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Assess student progress using formative and summative methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and assessments.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Integrate technology and data-driven instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Mentor and support students' academic and personal development, including exam preparation and study skills.
Qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching credential; relevant degree in subject area.
- Minimum of 2 years of secondary teaching experience with strong subject knowledge.
- Proven ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection; awareness of inclusive education principles.
- Proficiency with educational technology and data-driven planning.
- Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular programs and school-wide initiatives.
