Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 aligned to the UK national curriculum
- Plan, differentiate, and assess to meet diverse learner needs and abilities
- Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture that supports wellbeing
- Monitor progress using data, adjust strategies, and provide timely feedback to students and parents
- Develop and review schemes of work and daily lesson plans
- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and school improvement priorities
- Support safeguarding, behaviour management, and the creation of a safe learning environment
- Participate in parent evenings, staff meetings, and professional development activities
Qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK) or recognized equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area
- Minimum 2 years of secondary teaching experience (UK context preferred)
- Proven ability to raise attainment and engage learners
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Proficiency with curriculum planning, assessment, and data analysis
- Strong ICT skills and ability to integrate technology into lessons
- Commitment to safeguarding and knowledge of safeguarding procedures
