Responsibility
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet national curriculum standards across Key Stage 3 and 4

- Foster an inclusive classroom culture that supports diversity and wellbeing
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design and school improvement initiatives
- Participate in safeguarding duties and contribute to pastoral care
Qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent with UK eligibility to teach in state or independent schools
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and classroom management
- Strong subject knowledge in relevant key stages
- Experience differentiating instruction to support varied abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
