Responsibility
- Monitor security systems, patrol premises, and coordinate access control to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and safety documentation for compliance and audits.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents with prompt assessment and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with facilities and HR to enforce workplace safety policies and visitor management procedures.
- Operate CCTV systems, perform regular security sweeps, and take proactive measures to deter theft and risk.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Support risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize vulnerabilities across the site.
Qualification
- Minimum secondary education; higher relevant certification is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in security operations or a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, access control technology, and incident reporting software.
- Strong observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external authorities.
