Responsibility
- Patrol and monitor assigned premises, ensuring a visible security presence at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of entrances, exits, and security systems
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following protocol
- Prepare accurate, timely reports on security events and daily activities
- Check identification and manage authorized entry to restricted areas
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military
- Valid Texas Security Guard License (Level II or above)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Clean criminal background and reliable references
