Chez Gado Gado is seeking a dependable Security Officer (Daily Worker) to protect our premises in Badung, Bali. This contract-based role operates on a shift schedule, offering stable income and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is alert, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a security team, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times. You will play a crucial role in deterring incidents, safeguarding guests, staff, and property, and delivering a safe and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand standards.
As a Security Officer, you will be the first line of defense on-site, combining proactive patrols with responsive incident handling. You will collaborate with other team members, front-of-house staff, and local authorities as needed to ensure a secure environment while delivering excellent guest service. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced hospitality setting, where safety, integrity, and customer care come together to create a memorable guest experience.

Responsibility
- Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe conditions; maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor entrances and exits; control access and verify credentials to protect people and property.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents; document actions, outcomes, and handovers to the next shift.
- Conduct routine CCTV surveillance and report irregularities or suspicious activity to supervisors.
- Prepare clear, concise shift reports and incident logs; maintain accurate records and logs.
- Enforce health, safety, and company policies while engaging with guests and staff in a professional, courteous manner.
- Coordinate with security team, management, and local authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies.
- Provide timely assistance to guests and staff, offering information and directions while upholding security procedures.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; security experience preferred.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods; ability to respond quickly to incidents.
- Strong observation, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic first aid knowledge and emergency response capability; awareness of fire safety procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service orientation with a calm, respectful demeanor.
