Responsibility
- Conduct proactive patrols of assigned premises to deter threats and ensure safety.
- Monitor and control access points, CCTV systems, and alarm panels to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; coordinate with local authorities as needed.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, logs, and handover notes for shift changes.
- Enforce site policies, assist visitors, and manage crowd flow during events.
- Perform risk assessments and promptly communicate vulnerabilities to site leadership.
- Collaborate with client staff, facility managers, and law enforcement as required to maintain security posture.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid state security license or certification as required
- Minimum 3 years of security experience, preferably in commercial, healthcare, or critical facilities
- CPR and First Aid certification; ongoing training in defensive tactics is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong observation and report writing skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain integrity
- Flexible availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
