Responsibility
- Patrol assigned premises and monitor security systems to deter threats and ensure safety
- Control access points and verify credentials for employees, vendors, and visitors
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols
- Document incidents with clear, accurate reports and maintain secure logs
- Collaborate with clients, facility managers, and local responders as needed
- Conduct routine risk assessments and recommend safety improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional assistance to guests
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid security license or ability to obtain within 60 days
- 1-3 years of security experience in corporate, facilities, or event settings
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Proficiency with surveillance systems, access control, and incident reporting software
- Excellent communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong team collaboration and client service mindset
- Ability to pass background check and remain physically fit
