Responsibility
- Lead on-site security operations across client sites in London, ensuring safety, compliance, and a professional presence at all times.
- Develop and implement risk assessments, access control protocols, emergency procedures, and incident response plans.
- Oversee security staff scheduling, performance, training, and welfare, while maintaining high morale and service standards.
- Coordinate with clients, facilities, and law enforcement to investigate incidents and resolve security concerns swiftly.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to protect people and assets.
- Prepare detailed security reports, incident logs, and post-incident analyses for clients and internal leadership.
- Manage budgets, procure equipment, and ensure compliance with local licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership during high-profile events, risk-prone situations, and crisis scenarios with calm, decisive decision-making.
Qualification
- Active SIA license (UK) or equivalent recognized security certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of security leadership or operations management experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement security plans for multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, and emergency management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; adept at stakeholder management.
- Proficient in security software, access control systems, and CCTV monitoring.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed for events or site coverage.
