We are seeking a seasoned Security Operations Manager to lead our client-facing security programs, oversee incident response, and drive continuous improvement across physical and cyber-physical security operations.

Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate all security operations for multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and local regulations.
- Develop and execute incident response plans, runbooks, and drills; manage incident investigations and post-incident reviews.
- Oversee access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and physical security technologies; optimize coverage and response times.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability scans; prepare risk treatment plans and remediation tracking.
- Manage security vendors and contractors; negotiate SLAs and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor security programs to evolving threats and business needs.
- Lead security training and awareness programs for staff; foster a culture of safety and vigilance.
- Prepare executive-level security briefings, dashboards, and metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate or contract security operations; leadership exposure required.
- Proven track record in incident response, risk assessment, and security program development.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms) and security management best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel as needed, and manage high-pressure situations.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one is a plus.
