Join Aegis Secure Solutions as a Security Operations Manager. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering premier security services for corporate clients, including on-site and remote monitoring, risk assessment, and incident response.
This role blends strategic program development with hands-on operations, ensuring protection of people, assets, and information across client locations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily security operations across client sites and campuses to ensure service excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security programs, policies, and procedures.
- Lead incident response and crisis management, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage security staffing, training, scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and vendors to ensure rapid, effective outcomes.
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability remediation planning.
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of security operations experience; 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and visitor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and travel up to 25% as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment methodologies and incident response planning.
