Qualification

  • 5+ years of security operations leadership experience, including multi-site management and incident response.
  • Proven track record in client management and delivering measurable security outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident reporting.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills; fluency in English; ability to interact with executives and clients.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPP, LPC, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
