We are seeking a results-driven Security Operations Manager to lead client engagements, design protective strategies, and oversee security operations for high-profile properties and corporate campuses in the New York area.
As a leader in security services, you will coordinate field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster client trust through proactive security planning and rapid incident response. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver best-in-class protection and peace of mind for our clients.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage security operations teams across multiple client sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and incident response readiness.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, access control protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat monitoring, and vulnerability remediation in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate patrol schedules, guarding assignments, and incident reporting using security management software.
- Manage client relationships, provide regular performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead investigations for security incidents, gather evidence, and coordinate with law enforcement when required.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, including ongoing staff training and certification requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of security operations leadership experience, including multi-site management and incident response.
- Proven track record in client management and delivering measurable security outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident reporting.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills; fluency in English; ability to interact with executives and clients.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP, LPC, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies 24/7; valid security guard license as required by local regulations.
