Responsibility
- Lead and oversee security operations across assigned client sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and test risk assessment, incident response, and business continuity plans.
- Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of security officers and supervisors.
- Collaborate with clients to translate site requirements into tailored security solutions and service levels.
- Oversee surveillance systems, access control, alarm monitoring, and reporting tools to ensure continuous protection.
- Review incident reports, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level briefings and client-facing dashboards with key metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including post-incident documentation.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security services or physical security, with prior leadership or supervisory roles.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in risk assessment, incident response, crisis management, and security program development.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; capable of building high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm platforms; basic IT security awareness is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills; ability to produce clear reports and metrics.
- Certifications such as CPP or PSP preferred; relevant state licenses or certifications required where applicable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours as required.
