We are seeking a results-driven Security Services Manager to lead operations, optimize security processes, and elevate our client experience in the Los Angeles market.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage security teams across client sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Develop and implement risk-based security programs, including access control, premises patrols, and incident prevention.
- Coordinate with clients, facilities teams, and law enforcement as needed to respond to incidents and emergencies.
- Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead recruiting, training, and performance management for security personnel; mentor site supervisors.
- Manage budgets, procurement of security equipment, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards; drive audits and certifications.
- Utilize security technology (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) to monitor and protect assets in real time.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in security operations with progressive leadership roles; experience managing multi-site programs preferred.
- Certified Protection Professional CPP or Physical Security Professional PSP preferred; equivalent certifications considered.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, emergency planning, and business continuity.
- Proficiency with security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and security management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel between sites, and respond to incidents during emergencies.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States and clean background check required.
