As Security Services Manager, you will drive security program strategy, oversee on-site personnel, and ensure seamless incident response across client sites. You will collaborate with clients, law enforcement partners, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate daily security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring consistency and high service levels.
- Develop, implement, and maintain risk assessments, access control policies, and incident response plans.
- Supervise, train, and schedule security officers; evaluate performance and ensure ongoing professional development.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and remote monitoring platforms; respond to incidents promptly and accurately.
- Conduct investigations, prepare detailed incident reports, and communicate findings to clients and authorities as required.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor security solutions, conduct site assessments, and support emergency drills.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of security equipment and services.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of security management or operations experience, preferably in commercial or high-value asset environments.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident response, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and report-writing abilities.
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and travel between client sites as needed.
- Proficiency with security software, access control systems, and incident management tools.
