Join our premium security services team in London as a Security Services Manager. You will lead frontline guards, design security programs, and ensure client protection that exceeds expectations.

Responsibility
- Lead day to day security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and rapid response times.
- Design, implement, and maintain security protocols, access control, and incident response procedures.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage performance of security personnel; provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Conduct site risk assessments and security surveys; translate findings into actionable plans and mitigations.
- Coordinate with clients, local authorities, and vendors; deliver regular security reports and dashboards.
- Oversee incident investigations and post incident reviews; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing, GDPR, and health and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize security operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in security services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- UK SIA licence or relevant security certification; strong guarding and patrol management experience.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with risk assessment, incident response, and security technology (CCTV, access control).
- Solid understanding of GDPR, data protection, health and safety regulations, and client privacy requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel to client sites, and lead on call teams as needed.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to pass background checks.
