VantageGuard Security Solutions is seeking a results-driven Security Services Manager to lead our Singapore operations. You will oversee all security services for corporate and high-profile clients, ensuring outstanding protection, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate security operations across client sites, including manned guarding, CCTV, access control, and incident response.
- Develop and implement security policies, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and development of security personnel and contractors.
- Monitor, investigate, and report security incidents; coordinate with clients, police, and vendors while preserving evidence and continuity.
- Manage security technology ecosystems, including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and incident management software.
- Prepare regular KPI dashboards and executive summaries; present findings and recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, vendor management, and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal service delivery and cost control.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of security operations management experience, preferably in enterprise or corporate settings.
- Professional certifications such as CPP or PSP; valid security service provider license in Singapore preferred.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and client-facing skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of incident response, risk assessment, deterrence strategies, and security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, reporting, and presentation skills; fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office and security management software; able to travel as needed and manage remote teams.
