As a trusted security partner, you will design scalable security programs, collaborate with operations, facilities, and executive leadership, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites. Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor security teams across multiple sites, including scheduling, training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Perform risk assessments, threat modeling, and security audits; implement effective mitigations and remediation plans.
  • Oversee access control, CCTV operations, alarm systems, patrols, and physical security measures to safeguard people and assets.
  • Manage incident response, investigations, reporting, and post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with clients, facilities, and operations to tailor security solutions aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Administer budgets, vendor relationships, procurement of equipment, and service agreements to optimize cost efficiency and uptime.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in corporate security with at least 2 years in leadership roles; prior LA or major metro experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to reduce incidents, improve security programs, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methods, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with security technologies including access control systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and incident reporting software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, on-call rotations, and travel to client sites as needed.
