FortifyGuard Security is a leading provider of comprehensive security services for enterprise clients. We partner with organizations to protect people, properties, and data through a blend of physical security, risk assessment, and incident response. We are seeking a visionary Security Services Manager to guide client engagements, oversee security operations, and drive measurable risk reduction.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, develop security strategies, and ensure top-tier service delivery while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. The right candidate will combine hands-on security expertise with strategic leadership and exceptional client communication.
Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate security service delivery for multiple clients, ensuring SLAs are met and risk is minimised.
- Conduct and oversee security risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and physical security planning (access control, surveillance, patrol protocols).
- Coordinate incident response, investigations, and post-incident reviews with clear communication to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop security policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, and local regulations.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and rosters; mentor security personnel; recruit and train new team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships; identify opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to tailor security solutions and proposals for enterprise accounts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Security, Criminology, or a related field; professional certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CPP, PSP).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security services, risk management, or physical security operations.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, data protection principles, and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience with security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm systems) and security technology solutions.
- Leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately up to 25-30% of the time).
